As you learn to become aware of the workings of your mind & body, you can move towards a leel of high perofmrance in all aspects of your life, be it disease prevention, level of health, athletics, business or personal goals.   This type of self-development is invaluable to your future.  No matter your age or current health status, you can develop a higher level of functioning by learning and practicing these tools & techniques.
