Affirmational self-talk is very powerful are powerful mindtalk tools & programs. The way we talk to ourselves throughout the day can literally make us sick or well.   Affirmations are best planted below the alpha brain wave level, nearer to the inner library, or subconscious mind.  Affirmations are always designed in the positive mind state.  The subconscious mind does not understand negatives, and so if we were to design an affirmation such as " I do not smoke", the subconscious mind would plant that as " I do smoke." 

We have many ways to help you achieve your mindbody goals.  These include a wide variety of audio programs & a Conference Center filled with information & interactive possibilities. Our audio programs are designed to utilize affirmations  in combination with active imagery, visualizations, imaginology & interactive self-hypnosis, thereby giving the individual the ability to improve performance right in the moment when it is needed, as well as future pacing.
