It is an art to get well from an addictive process, one that you can learn. the mind & body seek homeostasis or balance & look to work with you. This work becomes the source of our power in managing the addiction. As you learn to become aware of the workings of your mind & body, you can move towards a level of high performance in all aspects of your life, be it healing, managing addictions, uncomfortable symptoms or emotions. No matter your age or current health status, you can develop a higher level of functioning by learning & practicing these tools & techniques. Understanding the stress connection can put you back in control. Poorly managed stress is responsible for a large percentage of our disease states & can influence our ability to maintain a healthy mind & body. Over-abundant stress chemicals also interfere with our ability to heal on many levels, keeping the body away from balance & the production of healing chemicals. As we learn to quiet the mind, manage thought & emotional patterns through interactive self-hypnosis © we can change the physiological course & outcomes. A sound nutritional program, individually designed to foster a fat-burning metabolism keeps the mind & body working at optimum levels... When we follow a nutritional plan that meets our personal needs, we not only maintain our ideal weight, but all systems function at a higher level of health.
