mp3 Orders: If you are ordering an mp3 download, please
be sure that you have high speed internet access & that you know how to
download. I will not refund mp3 orders once I have sent you the files.
As for timing, I make every effort to process mp3 orders & send the files
within a few hours.
As I am the only person processing orders, your email confirmation can take
as long as a day & so please don't be concerned about this. This is a
secure site & all credit information is secure & only available to me.

Please make note of the following information as it pertains
to your order. If you do not agree with this you may cancel your order before
it is shipped.
- Always check with your MD before making
any nutritional or lifestyle changes. These audio programs are not meant to take the place
of medical treatment.
- Please note that any written or audio programs are NOT
RETURNABLE unless there is a physical defect in the CD or cassette found within 3
months of purchase. If this is the case you will receive an EXACT
REPLACEMENT of the defective CD or cassette at no charge. I cannot
provide a cash refund or credit card refund for any program, written or
otherwise, due to the
nature of the materials. There are no
exceptions to this. I am more than happy to discuss the contents
of any program with you beforehand by email, live online or by phone.
- All of my programs are comprised of
original techniques that I developed & designed throughout my
career. I call these Interactive
Awareness & Self-Hypnosis ©. These are specialized
tools & therefore unlike other self-hypnosis programs. If you need

- All audio, workbooks, as well as any
materials provided with the order are copyrighted and cannot be
duplicated.
- There is no guarantee to outcome with
any audio program. The best results are achieved by those who want to
make changes, work with the tools, listen
regularly, usually for about 3 weeks. You may fall asleep during the
audio and that is perfectly fine. Your subconscious mind will still be
absorbing the programs. In some instances I will suggest that you sit up
when listening.
